Situated on the corner of Hill and Hay Streets in the Perth Mint precinct the Grosvenor is a recently renovated iconic Heritage pub. Originally built in 1886 as a two story private dwelling, designed by Francis Bird, it was granted a hotel licence later that year. The Grosvenor has been in service as an operating pub ever since, and this makes her one of the oldest pubs still operating in Perth today. During the renovation great effort and care was taken to maintain the history & feel, making certain that it retained its true pub culture and values.

The Grosvenor Hotel, guarded by it’s Stately Victorian fence, holds within a relaxing beer garden, stylish dining room and an upstairs function room. Behind the bar it stores a large selection of on-tap and bottled beers, a massive wine list as well as a large selection of other beverages for you to enjoy. The kitchen serves up consistently delicious upscale pub grub with a wide selection of burgers, pizzas, salads, steaks and many other pub classics to choose from.

The upstairs function room is suited to host many events including corporate functions, conferences, sundowner or birthday parties. A beautifully presented room with vintage wine display cabinets, exposed brick walls and chandler lighting your guests will be able to devour anything on the pub menu or there is also a selection of share platters to enjoy too.

Being one of Perth’s longest running pubs it is evident that the Grosvenor Hotel has been a local favourite for a very long time. Drawing a diverse mix of customers, from secretaries to students, bankers to builders and everything in between. The Grosvenor boasts friendly professional staff and focuses on being a truly welcoming destination for locals and international visitors. The Grosvenor has had extensive renovations to bring her into the 21st century with the aim to continue to serve the people of Perth for many more years to come.

Excellent service and always a great meal, bar staff and management are more than happy to strive that extra mile to accomodate the requirements of the customers, a very busy city pub with the vibe and attitude of a local family friendly pub.
